About Me…

Hi I’m Melanie, and I am a Fear Researcher and Changemaker. 

Fourteen years ago, I left my corporate job (with hives) and knew I couldn’t pretend to fit into that world anymore. I felt empty, unfulfilled and exhausted.

My corporate discomfort (and likely the hives) started  me on a journey of finding my purpose which led  to Yoga and its amazing philosophies of life. I have spent the last 14 years exploring and teaching this practice helping clients find inner peace and balance.

That brings us to today.  I am taking my teachings off of the mat and helping people discover what is holding them back from living their best lives. It is my mission to help the world step out of fear and begin LIVING BOLDLY!

What makes Melanie a Fear Expert?

You might be asking yourself, what qualifies me to talk to you about Living Boldly and kicking fear to the curb…well I consider myself to be somewhat of an expert when it comes to fear because I let it narrate  my life story for 40 years. Thankfully for the last decade or so, I’ve become the observer of it rather than the slave to it.

For those of you that know me, you would say impossible.  You travel, you run a business, you make bold decisions and…. you’re not wrong. I do, and I have and hope to continue but there is a program running in the back of my mind at all times… (I call it my fear operating system or FOS for short.) questioning my choices, asking me, “what people will think if I do that” , telling me I will likely fail, or lose all of my money or people won’t come on my trips or they won’t sign up for my course so why even bother… EVERY SINGLE TIME…

I have learned how to be in control of that “FOS” in order to navigate my own personal fears. I’m excited to teach you how to do the same!

Life is way too short to doing anything less than LIVE BOLDLY!
